Eric's Home

Eric got home around 2:30am on Sunday morning from his trip to Vegas. I was passed out when he got home but it was a nice surprise to have him back in bed when I got up around 9:30am. We did NOTHING all day. We went back to bed shortly after waking up at 9:30am. Then we watched a movie, ordered pizza, took a warm bath and just spent quality time together. It was quite nice. I can't say I was anxious to get out of my PJs this morning either!

Tonight I'm making a Rachael Ray recipe for dinner: Horseradish Potato-topped Shepherd's Pie. Sounds like a nice winter meal, eh?

Also in the Rachael Ray magazine I saw some cute gift ideas from this website. It's not terribly expensive either but I loved the creative gifts!
