Refinancing Our House

With the low low low low rates over the holiday season Eric and I locked in at a super duper rate and we are refinancing. With that came an appraisal of our newly renovated home. Of course this brought on a little anxiety. Clearly after all our hard work we would want to see a good result come from the appraiser.

A few weeks ago the appraiser came over and snooped around to assess our home. He came back with wonderful news! Our house is worth $408k now -- up from the $310k we spent on it. Niiiice!
