Nursery Done - Mostly

The nursery is done which means that Eric can now officially move on to other parts of the house -- like finishing the garage and starting on the basement. We should see major updates to the house in the next few months.

In other news -- Eric's band has been playing a lot of gigs already this summer, which has added to the delay in house repairs, but has been a lot of fun for him. It's hard to be a rock n' roll star with full time husband duties (mowing the lawn, house repairs, etc.) Now that we're adding Daddy too his list of roles and he's definitely feeling the burn. His last scheduled gig is just a few days before the baby is due -- I'm going to do my best to either have the baby before or after the gig and not ON the night of the gig. Wish me luck on that!

This Saturday I've rallied up some girlfriends of mine to go to Eric's next gig. I'll be sure to take pictures and post them. We're praying for a good turn out!
