Arm

I'm headed for a massage later today. I've had serious shoulder-muscle pain for about 2 weeks. I've always had a screwy shoulder muscles -- but with the new task of carrying Carly around (12.5 lbs at last doctor appointment) it seems to have flared up. If this massage doesn't work I'm cutting off my arm.
