With the home remodeling and a new baby Christmas this year is taking on a whole new shape. It's the shape of a rushed season. After wracking our brains on how and when to do our historically goofy Christmas card - it now looks like we won't be doing a card at all. Eric's just not in to it and he resents the pressure we're getting from family and friends to put one out. In true Eric style he refuses to send out a goofy picture that is half-ass because we rushed. So, I guess I'm going to send out something to my family and friends of Carly. I'm disappointed but I can't pull together a family picture on my own without help and I just need to realize that we are just SO BUSY! I'm reaching back to accept the change! Christmas is my VERY FAVORITE holiday but this year probably marks the beginning of some new time saving traditions!
-No Funny Family Christmas card.
-90% of my Christmas shopping was done online this year because Christmas shopping with an infant is a joke!
-We're not having our annual Christmas party at the house so I didn't even bother to take out the Christmas dishes or put up all the decorations. We are just doing TREE.
