Ok, here goes!
My weigh-in today was 199.6 pounds. That's 6 pounds up from where I thought I was. Oh well, I'm not going to dwell because I took the first step and the first step is attending a meeting. Right? So my weigh ins and meetings are Thursdays at 12 noon.
Plus, I'm starting a Saturday morning Zumba class with Katie which I'm looking forward to. Now I just have to fill up the rest of my week with walking or doing some sort of exercise!
