I can't remember if I posted this or not. I think I did. But I have an update anyway. Because I was VERY disappointed in the class format for the Lee District "Baby and Me" swim class I had us transfered to the Mt. Vernon Saturday class. it's a long story and if I hadn't waited so long to tell it I'd probably get more in to details but here is the short version.

The class costs $78 for 8 classes. So far there have been 4 classes and because of our busy schedule we've only been able to attend 2. On top of that -- during the two 30 min. classes that we have been to we have had ZERO structure. What do I mean by that? Well, last class we did one song, "Pop Goes The Weasle" at the beginning and then the "teacher" told Eric to just "swim around". "Swim around" he confirmed. Yes. So, I wigged! I did not pay $80 to have some 16 year old tell me to free swim with my kid! If I just wanted to free swim with Carly for 8 days it would cost me $54 -- less than the cost of the stupid class.

I did a little research and turns out that is not supposed to be what happens during the "Baby and Me" class. There is supposed to be structure, a format, singing, lesson plans, objectives, and we are all supposed to learn something. Thus, they agreed to transfer us to the Mt. Vernon class and work on better training the instructors at Lee District.
