Years ago I wanted to buy Brodie a rocking horse but Eric talked me out of it saying he could just make one. Never happened. He never had the space for wood working at the time. Now that we live in our house he has plenty of space. Recently he decided to make Carly a rocking horse but when we looked at all the patterns for rocking "things" there were SO many options. We saw rocking horses, goats, dinosaurs, cats, etc. After looking at all the options we decided on the pretty little rocking swan. It's more old fashioned and, in my opinion, very beautiful. So here is how far he got over the weekend.
