Working Out

In November Eric and I signed up for an exercise class called....

DEEP WATER WORKOUT!

Sound scary?

Here is the description.

This new innovative program is following the current wave of fitness trends. Class includes basic boxing techniques to work the upper body, a series of advanced abdominal training exercises, and kick training to work the lower body. This class also includes cardiovascular work with interval training, flexibility, upper and lower body resistance training. An excellent cross-training class for "land exercise lovers!" Flotation and resistance equipment provided.

It sounds like a good opportunity for the hubby and I to make our already smokin-hot bodies even hotter. The key is going to be getting in and out of the indoor pool, and then home, without catching a cold. Key #2 will be not collapsing after class. I am not a worker-outer. I'm a natural eater and so is Eric. It's hard to be an eater when you're not a worker-outer. Naturally, your mind and taste buds work AGAINST your ass and your gut. To remain healthy and attractive we're going to begin this class together. With a little persistence maybe we can keep it up through the spring? We might even meet some new people at the city recreation center....
