Butt -- I mean Bunk Casserole

I made this Sour Cream Rice casserole dish. It was bunk. Bland. Watery. Quite unimpressive. In the words of my husband, "I'm eating the cheese, because I like that part, but the rest is just.....butt." Yes, I laughed out loud. I also agreed with him.
