Many of you may not know....and many of you may.... but I bought my wedding dress about 9 months before I got engaged. Why? It became available. I loved it. I bought it. (Yes, I discussed it with Eric first so he wasn't clueless and I didn't come off psycho.) I got about a $700 discount on my dress for buying it when I did.
Two weeks after my wedding I received a breast pump. Why? It became available. I will need it in the future. It's top of the line. It was offered to me by a family that I baby-sit for. They asked if I wanted it for my future pregnancies before they gave it away to good will. Yes. I did. $400 saved right there!
Last Sunday I was hanging out with my friend Lauren. We went on a walk, with her cute rescue dog Ruby, when we came across a bassinet sitting on the side of the road. A thrown out bassinet, if you will. We snagged it and we put it in my car. It is in perfect condition and will save me some mula when Eric and I actually do begin our family planning. Crazy? Maybe. But I plan shit.
