So the final paperwork was filed today and my condo is officially "under contract". Provided that the buyer doesn't back out after A) the inspection is done and B) he reads the condo association documents -- we have ourselves a sale! I'm so excited but I won't pop the bubbly until those two things are done. If it all goes through we close on February 15th and I'll be SO RELIEVED! Bye bye will be the days of paying two mortgages. Until, of course, we buy our new house and the Mortgage is enormous! I'm still excited though and feel, as my Mom said last night, "very grown up".
Tonight Eric and I are going to see the Killers of Comedy at a theater in Falls Church. I can't wait although I'm sad that Artie Lang and Richard won't be performing.
Tomorrow I'm off to one of my many babyshowers of 2008! It seems that everyone I know is pregnant these days.
