SO Pumped!

Liz is coming to visit! Remember last year when I flew down to see her in March to help her get over her atrocious break up? Well this year she's coming to me to celebrate that atrocious break-up. I can't wait!!!

We just got her tickets today! She comes in at midnight on the 14th of March and stays until March 17th. I have so much planned and I just can't wait. I hope the weather cooperates!

Things we'll do:

Go to tea (somewhere)
Drag brunch in DC
Dinner
Hang with Holly & Brodie
A few museums
Possibly Mt. Vernon (depending on weather)

In other news -- I just finished filing our 2007 tax return. We are getting money back this year instead of paying the IRS - which is nice. It's especially nice when we're on the brink of buying a new home. (Yay! Go us!)

My condo closing is on Feb. 15th and everything is on track. All we have left to do is move out some furniture (bed, dresser & storage items) and reliquish the keys. I'm so excited to start looking for our first single family home!!
