New Table

We got a new table for our kitchen. The dinning table we had is round and we felt that it would be a better space saver if we got a rectangular table. I also wanted a table that could seat 8 people. Our old table only seats 6 with the leaf in it.

Soo....we bought the Grant Table at World Market -- which has been discontinued so it was on sale. We haven't gotten the chairs yet because they were sold out but we ordered some chairs that we like at JC Penny's. They should be delivered sometime in the beginning of next month.

The height of the table isn't standard. It's a "counter height" set. The table is 36" tall and the chairs are obviously taller that normal. We ordered 6 chairs but we also bought 2 stools that we can easily store and take out when we have extra guests. Ta-da! The perfect scenario! We really like it and the "counter height" table/chair set is really popular right now.

We could possibly hate the set in a few years, like my bowls, but for now we like.
