A Recipe I can't pronounce....

Tonight I'm starting my cooking again. Chicken enchiladas. I'm very excited. I dipped in to the cook books I got for wedding presents and found the recipe. This week I'm also going to make Rice & Sour Cream Casserole, Potato Leek Soup, and this.....but I cannot pronounce it.....

Deviled Crab Boules with Beurre Blanc

What?

Crusty individual bread rounds, stuffed with succulent crab meat, and topped with a buttery wine sauce.

I can't pronounce it but it sound divine, eh?
