Excuse me while I wipe the tears that are drowning my laptop. I am in the last 15 minutes of Akeelah & The Bee and it's SOO GOOOOOOD! *Sniffle*Sniffle* It's such a happy story about a little girl, growing up in the not-so-great neighborhoods in L.A. who comes out of her shell to try and win the national spelling bee! Oh and there's just so much more goodness braided up in the story line.
Brodie was my perfect angle on the trip to Jersey this weekend. If I could change one thing -- it'd be his 6:30 wake up this morning. I'd prefer 8:30am next time. Many pictures of our trip to post soon!!
I just took out, and dusted off, my Christmas stocking kits. I never finished Brodie's stocking last year and I owe my Mom one too. Hers isn't so glittery but it will have to do. I am also working on making her a necklace as a gift. SO MUCH TO DO!!!
Oh and I think I'm going to add card making to my list of crafting....
Tonight I'm making Meredith's Tongue Burning Pot Roast -- can't wait! Tomorrow is another walking morning! Lots to do I'd better hop off here so I an get started.
